Instant Pot Blueberry Oatmeal

This is a kid-friendly and easy breakfast oatmeal. It is healthy, low fat, low calorie, and anti-inflammatory.

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup blueberries


  • Combine all ingredients except blueberries in a dish that fits inside the Instant Pot.
  • Add 2 cups of hot water to the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add the trivet and the dish of oatmeal.
  • Pressure cook for 10 minutes. Let natural release for 15 minutes. Lift the trivet out, add the blueberries and stir the oatmeal. It will thicken as it cools (usually less than 5 minutes)
